Card Wallet with Program Book in good condition. The book has a few marks on the cover but no tears or folded corners.

Two of the program cards, ST1-14A1 and ST1-14A2 (Polynomial Approximation) were missing, so I programmed them manually using two blank cards.

I found these two cards, so every card is an original HP prerecorded card now.
