Is there a command or code to get the serial number of the calculator?

Some folks report that SERIAL doesn't work for them. That's because the SERIAL command was added some time after rev 6031, so it won't work for people with old Primes who have never updated their firmware. The Home/Help/Tree/About method works in all Primes, but it's not programmable (the VERSION command was added after rev 6031 too).
