HP printers in space
Though this was interesting, how HP adapted an off-the-shelf inkjet printer to work in space for use on the ISS:

Note that they didn't list the unit price after modifications.

Maybe HP just ate the cost to design, test and fabricate the changed parts and is only charging the retail list price in exchange for the nice PR in articles like this.

Nah... that was the old HP....

I was expecting a ThinkJet with tractor feed paper. That would solve a lot of paper handling challenges. :-)

I was more interested by the fact that NASA had teleported a spanner to the ISS...
Though I don't know whether that was using a HP Printer.
