This calculator has been physically modified by soldering a flash chip on the PCB (https://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=97&t=20557). Don't expect to run Giac on a regular Numworks!

I think the developer or or creator of Numworks should include that chip in the next hardware update, and even the GIAC kernel, because a calculator with only a numeric engine is not useful for teaching and learning mathematics. The algebra (symbolic calculation) is the queen of mathematics, there is almost no branch of mathematics where we do not apply algebra.
