15C Limited Edition Screen replacements

15C Limited Edition Screen replacements
Anyone with experience replacing screen on this model? Removing old one. Can a 12C be used as a donor?

I must have had something laying on it in drawer.. 1/4 screen is black

Opened unit but removing display from board seems difficult
