I wonder what happened to my hp prime calculator when I noticed that there's two advanced graphing apps in my app list and I can't delete the second one. I tried to reset the calculator several times and it's not working. Another issue, every time I tried to create new programs in program catalogue, my calculator reset unexpectedly.

Hello,
This is probably linked to a file system corruption. The easiest way to fix it would be to format it, but this means that you would loose all data on the calculator. Are you able to connect to a conectivity kit, save your files and do a format (through the CFO interface)?
