HP-95 (the Topcat that almost was.
Hi all.

I remember reading about the 95 here. I understand that it was scrapped and all prototypes were destroyed. Yet, a handful escaped the fate.

Even though the 95 fell victim, were there any programming, operational, function set elements incorporated in later models?

The 95C had program area partitioning, my take is that the feature was reused and expanded in the HP-41C.
The HP-95C Owner's Handbook and Programming Guide is available HERE

Be warned that it's a 302.77 Megabyte download.

IMHO, not having a card reader or other external storage capability at that price level doomed this machine from the get-go. I wouldn't have bought it for sure.
