Hex license plate
Found myself behind this car at a stop light, and snapped this photo just as the light turned green:
We shouldn't drive distracted, but I found myself unable to avoid thinking, "Ok, that's 256 plus 16 plus 6..." <0|ɸ|0> -Joe- |

In SoCal personalized license plates are like hikaus for your car. My favorite spotted in the '70s was BAD MF, coincidentally on a black Lincoln and driven by a gentlemen of color.
There was also the urologist with the plate IVSKIN. |
