Card reader PCB wires by color, why flopped? - jftman - 01-07-2024 03:12 AM I am looking at two HO67 calculators doing a gummy and clutch check. I can see at each PCB that the BLUE and ORANGE wires are flopped. When I look closely at the order going into the read/write head they are also not the same from end to end. I can imagine that inside the head they would be prolly the same connections and they just exit in a slightly different config. But, the PCB HAS THE ORANGE AND BLUE REVERSED. Is this a non issue? What makes this OK? Or would it be correct to switch one of them? I will unflop them. |
