Hello,

Thanks a lot for your developments of this amazing calculator.

Unhappily, I got a big problem : impossible to start the beta emulator with Windows 7 Pro SP1.
The "api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll" is missing in my PC !
What's a pity !

I get that as well. I reported it to the bug report email address.

I get that as well.

Same here, and it's still true for the beta version released today. This problem has existed since May 2020.

There seems to be a G1 specific firmware HP Prime G1 Firmware Beta 2.1.14567 (2021 04 27) at https://www.hpcalc.org/prime/beta/.

Can anyone please report successfully installing it on their G1? I'm thinking specifically of those who have previously bricked their G1 Primes with previous firmware attempts.

Yes, after my G1 was bricked with the earlier update, I was able to restore it with the subsequent updates. The 2021-04-27 one installed just fine on my G1.

Armed with this reassurance and with renewed confidence, I installed the new G1 firmware on my G1 Prime and it worked. Thanks!
