Symbolic assumption

I wish to know if anyone knows how to (or if it is possible) to set the assumption of a symbolic variable within the TI NSPIRE CAS CX?

There is a constraint operator, but it's not as powerful as the assume() command of the Prime.

I tried there and no response. I have tried, it looks like that the constraint operator is like in math |.
But I need to invoke it every time I call an expression.
