50g screen issue

Hello!

It seems to be a problem in LCD.
I think it can be repaired.
Maybe it is some cable disconnected and/or
had the 4 superior lines damaged. (Who knows?)
It is a frequent problem also with monitors and TVs.


Have you already contacted HP support in your country?

I saw in your data that you are form Italy, aren't you?

From a manual I got these numbers:
+972-(0)-9-8304848
+39 (0) 848-800-871

HP has as policy keep your old product and send you a new one.
And of course charge for it, giving you a discount.
For me, they already gave up to 60% discount.
It was a scanner.

Could it be the deteriorated rubber thickness as for the 48s-g and 49g series? or does the 50g not suffer from that problem?
