I wish I'd noticed this at the time (life has been way too busy for too many years).

The related paper: https://www.genivia.com/files/qthsh.pdf isn't entirely accurate. The WP 34S integration code isn't written in C and doesn't use IEEE doubles. It is, rather, a keystroke program in XROM which uses the 34S's decimal floats.

Still, I am impressed by how well it performed in the overall analysis. That the only notable negative being the underestimation of the error in one case is quite amazing.
