Update of Emu48 Classic to v1.59

At least on my machine (32-bit Vista) installation worked fine. It even prompted for the removal of the previously-installed EMU48. Once installed, I appear to have the following skins:

Casey's Gx with toolbar and touchscreen
Casey's Sx with toolbar and touchscreen
Casey's Real Gx
Casey's Real Sx
Emu48's Default faceplate for HP38G
Emu48's Default faceplate for HP48G/GX
Emu48's Default faceplate for HP48S/SX
Eric's Real 38G for 800x600
Eric's Real 39G for 800x600
Eric's Real 40G for 800x600
Eric's Real 48GX for 800x600
Eric's Real 48SX for 800x600
Eric's Real 49G for 1024x768
Eric's Real 49G for 800x600
Floating Buttons for GX
Jemac's GX
Wombat3 48Gx
Wombat3 48Sx

I installed to default location: C:\Program Files\HP-Emulators\Emu48, presumably I would have been asked to confirm installation into this directory.
