Your ROM seems to be the same as this one for sale on TAS that I noticed earlier this week:

And the associated overlay is unfortunately included with another 41CV bundle from the same seller here (rightmost photo):

I'm not completely sure it's the same ROM, but one can see many of the same keywords in the ROM dump as listed on the overlay.

Too bad the seller wasn't smart enough to include the overlay with the ROM; and now that there are bids on the 41CV, the item contents cannot be changed even if he were notified.

He could end the auction early and resubmit it with the added info. Other people have done that.
