After reading both service manuals, they are externally different and except for memory cards, they do not share the same peripherals.
Internally, it is obvious that the PC-2500 is based on the PC-1350, they share the same core components, same memory maps, same BASIC ROM, the PC2500 has an extra 32KB ROM that they seems to bank switch with the BASIC ROM (same logical address). PC-2500 at old-computers.com : description & images |
