Casio FX-1000f vs Casio FX-5000f

This reminds me of a conversation we had last year on the 6000G/6500G; they share a manual, and I posted that the only difference I could find was the latter added hyperbolics, other than the thickness.

I only have the 5000F, but it also shares a manual, with the 1000F and, again, the only differences I can see are added hyperbolics and the thickness/angle. A pattern emerges…
