Abe Books has a lot of obscure titles. They don't have this one now but you can create a "want list" and they will notify you if a book on your list becomes available.

Yes, Abe Books is indeed my friend; a very close and frequent friend. I always look there first. I've also looked in a few similar places but no luck.

I've never actually seen/touched a copy of this book, even back in the day; I presume that it arrived so (relatively) late in the market life of the 41 that most users had moved on to new machines, and thus few copies were purchased. But hopefully someone here has a copy to share...
