May I suggest using the aplha approach of the HP-42s for Greek letters.
It would eliminate the need to have to remember where exacly the Greek letter is located on the keyboard.

Suggestion for implementation:
Create a flag that can switch on the additional line of Greek letters above the function keys and conserve the traditional entry at the same time so that letters can still be entered through the keyboard.
