The following ten HP-41 programs begin on page 430 of the publication CITRUS PROCESSING Quality Control and Technology by Dan Kimball and conclude on page 443;
1) PROGRAM TO ADJUST BRIX USING WATER OR HIGHER BRIX CONCENTRATE
2) PROGRAM THAT CALCULATES THE BRIX. ACID. AND RATIO FROM LAB DATA
3) SET OF PROGRAMS THAT ALLOWS ONE TO ENTER. DELETE. CORRECT. AND VIEW BLEND COMPONENTS AND CALCULATE THE AVERAGE BRIX AND RATIO
4) FRUIT SAMPLE CALCULATIONS
5) CALCULATION OF AVERAGE OIL OR PULP
6) LEMON/LIME FRUIT SAMPLE CALCULATIONS
7) CALCULATION OF UNCORRECTED BRIX NEEDED DURING EVAPORATION OF LEMON/LIME CONCENTRATES IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE A DESIRED GPL
8) CALCULATION OF LEMON/LIME GPL
9) CALCULATION OF WATER NEEDED TO DILUTE JUICE TO A DESIRED BRIX
10) GENERATION OF VOLUME TABLE FOR BULK TANKS

Since they are GPLed they will infect all of the Museum's software!
