I would say the square root of 5 hasn’t been properly rounded, but then again the digits might have been entered manually, which would not be exactly a problem...

You beat me to it by a few minutes, while I was trying to log in !

I noticed too that the displayed number is Sqrt(5) = 2.236067977499... so if the number was calculated (instead of simply keyed-in) then it was truncated to ...49 instead of rounded to ...50, as would be expected.

Anyway, perhaps the OP has detected something else in the picture ...

I was going to say the decimal point is in the wrong place, compared to the Prime... But then on checking Wikipedia, it's examples show the decimal point under the 3. So is the Prime wrong instead???
