It uses HTTP for all connections. No FTP protocol is in use anymore.

I just bought my calculator Wednesday September 19th, 2018 and have received it yesterday. Since using it, the touch screen has not worked. I have looked at other forums and have tried all the procedures. None of them have fixed the problem. Any possible solutions will be helpful. I can also not find any assistance at the hp website.

Hello,
If the calculator is new, I would say that your best bet is to use the waranty... Now, it is possible that the only problem is that the little connector from the PCB to the touch controler disconnected... Easy to fix... But fixing it would require opening the calculator...
