New G2 Firmware 20200116 - Problems - FIXED w/ 20200121

I just installed the 2020 01 21 Firmware from my Mac:

Software Version: 2.1.14433 (2020 01 21)
Hardware Version: D
CAS Version: 1.5.0
Serial Number: 9CJ8...
Operating System: V2.060.650

Thanks very much to all the folks who provided assistance and advice here, and also to all the folks at HP who quickly fixed this firmware after the issue was reported.

I found some problems, but not of the latest version, they are mostly things that are dragged from past versions, I will take the time to document it, the day I was going to report it they launched the 2020 01 16 and it took me away.

Hooray, touchscreen works on my G2 again.

Note:
On hpcalc.org the G2 firmware still shows the old update code of 20200116, select it and download the new 20200121 zip file.

The 2020 01 21 firmware has solved the touch screen issue on my G2. I don't know if this is the place to mention it, but the issue which I reported several times still hasn't been solved. If I install the control systems app and the calculator reboots, it crashes and clears the entire memory. This means the only way I can use this app is to never turn the calculator completely off or hope nothing crashes the calculator, forcing a reboot.

At the bottom (almost) it says
"Updated HP Prime G2 Firmware to 2.1.14425 (2020-01-16) on PC".
Select this and you will see

Download this and unzip this.

There is an additional issue on G2 besides a touch screen work problem. It still remains after the last update.

After installing the 20200121 FW my Prime G2 demonstrates a strange behavior after soft rebooting [ON]&[Symb].

1) Turn power off and than turn power on.

2) After the first reboot on the Prime's screen continuosly the HP logo appears.

3) After the second reboot all the Prime's memory seems to be lost, nothing appears in the mem manager.

4) After the third reboot all progrms restore in the Prime's memory (all notes are loosing).

Repeated rebooting shows the same sequence 1) - 4).

P.S. After installing new FW all data remain on calc.

Precisely. It's not with the firmware (if it was, my Prime would exhibit the same behaviour, as would everyone else's), it's with your Prime.

The only thing you can do is reformat the C: drive and try your test again. If it still misbehaves then your Prime is faulty. If not, then keep adding your programs one by one and repeating the test until the Prime fails again. When it does fail, it's the program that you added last that is most likely the cause of the problem.

Hey my G2's touch screen still doesn't work on the latest 2.1.14425 (2020 01 20)!
When I go to the update mode, I have 3 3 in the top left.
My recovery screen info is:
data Version: V14424
OS Version: 2.1
PCB Version: D
Touch IC FW Ver: ilitek-00

EDIT:
Rolling back to 20191120 fixes the display and changes the Touch IC FW Ver to GT5688-516
