HP 15C Programming
I am trying to copy a programme from the programme list for HP 15C in the MoHPC.
It is a programme to solve quadratic equations. Here is the listing:- 001 f LBL E 002 g F? 8 003 GTO .9 004 STO 3 005 Rv 006 CHS 007 STO 2 008 g x^2 009 x<>y 010 2 011 * 012 STO 1 013 RCL* 3 014 2 015 * 016 - 017 f PSE 018 g TEST 2 019 GTO .8 020 SQRT 021 STO 0 022 RCL+ 2 023 RCL: 1 024 RCL 2 025 RCL- 0 026 RCL: 1 027 g RTN 028 f LBL .8 029 g SF 8 030 SQRT 031 f Re<>Im 032 RCL: 1 033 STO .0 034 RCL 2 035 RCL: 1 036 f I 037 f Re<>Im 038 RCL 2 039 RCL: 1 040 RCL .0 041 CHS 042 f I 043 g RTN 044 f LBL .9 045 STO 3 046 f Re<>Im 047 STO .3 048 Rv 049 CHS 050 STO 2 051 f Re<>Im 052 CHS 053 STO .2 054 f Re<>Im 055 g SQRT 056 x<>y 057 2 058 * 059 STO 1 060 f Re<>Im 061 STO .1 062 f Re<>Im 063 RCL 3 064 RCL .3 065 f I 066 * 067 2 068 * 069 - 070 f PSE 071 f Re<>Im 072 f PSE 073 f Re<>Im 074 SQRT 075 STO 0 076 f Re<>Im 077 STO .0 078 RCL+ .2 079 f Re<>Im 080 RCL+ 2 081 RCL 1 082 RCL .1 083 f I 084 : 085 RCL 2 086 RCL- 0 087 RCL .2 088 RCL- .0 089 f I 090 RCL 1 091 RCL .1 092 f I 093 : 094 g RTN I am not particularly interested in solving a problem. My problem is that I do not know how to programme the ":" in Lines 23, 26 , 84, and 93. There does not seem to be a key or combination of keys to enter this character. Am I missing something?? |

RE: HP 15C Programming
My guess is that the author typed ":" for the division sign "÷". Most people type "/" for the division sign, but since this listing contains no other divisions, try pressing [÷] wherever this listing shows a colon and let us know if that works.

RE: HP 15C Programming
.
It's the division key. V. All My Articles & other Materials here: Valentin Albillo's HP Collection |
