MCODE Debugger - HPCC DataFile V36N1

I was wondering if anyone here has read the HPCC Datafile article in V36N1 from Mark Power and would be willing to share in broad strokes its content or maybe a pdf (if that's ok).

FYI, HPCC Datafile V36N1 is available in PPC Archive v2.38.
