I just noticed the WP-31S is available for purchase now at hpcalc.org.
Sure, you could make your own, but by buying one from hpcalc.org, you get these advantages:

Eric also offers WP 31S overlays. But mind that he is citing a backlog of orders for WP 34s overlays. We should therefore bear patience.
