My personal experience with Banggood orders is a bit spotty. (I am a USA customer) One order of SMA connectors never arrived. (I don't recall, they may have back credited me.) I haven't been able to get an SDR or a Spectrum Analyzer I ordered from them to work. (I maybe underestimated the time needed to properly set up the software for each). Some (goofy) LED party eyeglasses had a broken battery connection (and broke again after I soldered it). And if you are reviewing/rating one of your purchases, you could hate it, but if you gave it 5 stars for something; like shipping packaging, it shows up as 5 stars overall. A couple of times I've submitted questions about a shipment or product, and received an email saying that the submission was received and they will have someone respond in 24 hours (crickets). When other customers submit questions on the Product page, I find that other customers often have better answers than Banggood Tech Support. I still may order stuff from them in the future, but I do have my concerns. RE: Hardware Voyager Emulator
Hi, Agarza!
Great work, really. If not a commercial secret, I really would like to know how you can insert the firmware of one processor (in the case HP-15C, 41C) inside another one, I believe totally different. At this age (54), I'm an engineer student!! Unbelievable, isn't it? I eally would appreciate some teaching about this. Best regards from Brazil Artur ARTUR MARIO JUNIOR BRAZIL |

Banggood has great prices, and if you're careful and read other reviews (and just poke around for duplicate products), then you should be okay. However (and this is the BIG "catch" with them), if you have any issue whatsoever, you should just write it off. The standard practice with Banggood and their two clones is that you have to prove something is broken or not working. At least three pictures, and in most cases, you need to submit two videos as well. You must force them to admit something is broken, or else they won't give you the time of day. Support is slow and sometimes nonexistent. You will get offered points (for their club), credit memos, and then finally if you forcefully complain, they may give you a refund to your CC. I've been around and around with these guys and finally just gave up and decided it's not worth it unless the product is super cheap, or I know it's solid. Thanks, Bruce |

I was going to ask if it was an actual emulator or simulator but it appears you answered it when talking about the roms
how do you rom dump one of those that don't have any connectivity. |

Originally the firmware had several languages for the Date/Time, but had to remove them for space limitations. I don't know if anyone is interested in having multi languages for the Date/Time. New firmware will fix this issue. |
