HP 10c rom?
Nonpareil 0.78 contains the rom files of the Voyager series 11c, 12c, 15c and 16c but I understand at the time there were problems reading the 10c rom so it was not included.

Several emulators of the 10c I found don't use a rom but are recreations in software, like TouchRPN. I have no idea how SwissMicros created their 10c firmware.

Is there somewhere a known 10c rom available? And is there an emulator (preferable windows or Android) that uses it?

There's a dump of the 10C ROM on the HHC 2021 flash drive.

For Windows, google for "NutEm/PC". Click on the second result ( Emulation - …….. )

Or,

Change "ho" to "hp" when pasting the link.

The files are also available on the HCC 2021 flash drive.

Hello Forum Members!

I've taken the advice of @Dave Frederickson, and purchased the HHC 2021 flash drive, specifically for the HP-10C ROM file.

I've been playing with Nonpareil, so I loaded the ROM file with the Nonpareil 11C...

A few observations:

1. It passes the self test.

2. The keyboard test displays the exact same segments, while keys are pressed in succession, as other Voyagers Series, but final display is off (should be 10).

3. Clearly, the segment mapping is different than other Voyager Series models, as below initial power on display (0.0000):

I'm hoping members can offer insights as to the reason, and possibly offer solutions for remapping the segments in the Nonpareil code.

Thank you!
