Can the Casio Cg50 read data files?
I just saw this website
https://education.casio.co.uk/os-files/c...sfer-files Claiming that the Cg50 can only read numeric files CSV computer files. My first thought was: "3,8,0" is going to be a lot less comprehensible than "Earth, 8,mins". Is this still the case or is it an old website - is text now supported? Rapidly followed by: I don't think Python on Casio can read any data files, not even numeric ones. So whether it's numeric or text, I'd somehow need to embed it into Python code. What data files does the cg50 support? Stephen Lewkowicz (G1CMZ) https://my.numworks.com/python/steveg1cmz |

RE: Can the Casio Cg50 read data files?
CSV files should work. Connect your calculator via USB to your host computer and choose the Flash Disk option.
This video shows the steps and the CG50 PDF docs provide more detail. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBNscSz6hB0 |
