Moving Average Card from HP-67 Standard Pack

For a while, my Hp-67 card reader was misbehaving and some of the cards of my Standard Pack got corrupted. I was able to recover most of them as I had copies but there is one that I could not re-write as I do not have a copy.
It would be great if someone copy the first card of the Standard Pack (Moving Average) on a blank card and send it to me through USPS. I will send you back three blank cards as compensation for your troubles.

Alternatively you could download the Standard Pac manual and type in from the listing. 115 steps.
