Is there a better file with the overlay layout than the Paper Template OVER keys: 2022-09-29_C43_WP43S_print.pdf?

I can build paper overlays easily (see here: https://www.hpmuseum.org/forum/attachment.php?aid=11142) and have 2 DM42. So I could build my own C43 quickly.

As far as I have followed the communication, last from the meeting in Alschwing, the file should be up to date. But Jako (https://www.hpmuseum.org/forum/user-9577.html) should know the current status better.

Do you have more details regarding this overlays, like type and weight of paper, used printer, used programs, etc.?
This would be very helpful for potential experiments of my own.

Paper is Epson matte heavyweight 167g, printer is an Epson P800 but any inkjet printer will do.
I print with Photoshop but any image processing program will be ok.
I print, let dry for one hour just in case and apply 2 to 3 layers of varnish, let dry for 24h and flatten under heavy books for a few days if necessary.
After that, I can cut with a laser cutter driven with Lightburn (free).

That's all.

Hi, I will update the printable PDF card (mentioned in the quote above) with our high quality bezel image, for home printing. This is the same image that appears in the "flyer" which is included in the referenced latest firmware download. I will report back here when it is uploaded.

For a good idea on the most recent happenings, navigate to the download page and look for the 5 yellow links which are the latest files. There is a lot of info. Also see my Allschwil presentation.

One layer of Sennelier satin, 2 of Sennelier matte, 20 minutes drying time.
I'm not sure you can find them in the US but any similar graphics-art spray will do.

I've also tried some liquid varnish and it protects better but this is not really necessary.

Also, the WP43s/C43 pdf document recommends some Fujifilm 267g paper but the I chose a lighter one thin enough to fit in the lateral holes of the DM42 and stay in place.
