[HP41CX] V41 memory screwed up; HowTo recover?

Hello,
I started V41 and see weird thing with CATALOG 1 and no programs can be uploaded (raw files).
Is there a possibility to reset it? ("Reset Calculator" in "Options" did not made it).
I suppose the HP41-CX.lod file is screwed up but cannot find another one on my PC.

If you edit the .lod file you can force a "Memory Lost"

Go to the line that starts with "RAM 00D"

The third and fourth bytes will be "01 69" which is the cold start constant

Change them to something else (I use "00 00")

Save the .lod file

start V41 and it will show "MEMORY LOST"
