HP 110 Portable ROM error 162

Hi there
I just purchase a HP 110 and it does not boot (blank screen). I am able to get to the diagnostics and when I run ROM test I get an error 162

Any idea of what this means? Are there any ways to fix this?

You might want to compare the contents, but this would probably require desoldering.

Does anyone know a good eprom burning service? I don't have the equipment to do this and it is not worth buying one just for this
