No. Call support. Tell them you have a streamer that will not function with your old Prime unit.

Dear Prime fans,
finally I got my "new" Prime today and could start the connection to the SS410 immediately... Every thing concerning measurements works fine, as expected. The exchange of the "old" to a "new" Prime via HP U.S.A. ran fast and smoothly. As I'm living in Germany I was surprised because of the unproblematic delivery from U.S.A., thanks to the guys of HP...
