HP41 display driver revisions

Hello,

A simple question. Are those two drivers interchangeable?

The one on the left is in 41CV and the other is in 41C tall keys.
I bought the CV for spare parts. Its display has black spots all over. I planed to transplant just the driver board.

The boards obviously have different traces but the same round blobs. It was not easy to see the traces on ebay pics.

There are two different editions of the HP-41C family service manual publicly available, at https://literature.hpcalc.org/ and other sites. The newer of the two has a fair bit of information about which display parts are compatible.
