These guys are into heavy-duty computing
Hi all.
Calculators are now on the list of hot commodities. Two Texas guys made a hefty haul! Have a look at this one. Fort Knox of calculators! |

RE: These guys are into heavy-duty computing
Something does not quite add up here. The article says they "took calculators from a rack and put them in an empty cooler before leaving the store without paying" and that "the value of the calculators stolen by the two was $5,527.61"
Even if they took the most expensive calculators that Target carries, say TI Npsire CAS at around $140, or the 84 Plus CE at about $120, that's about 40 to 50 calculators. That would have to be VERY large cooler to hold that many calculators still in the original packaging. Usually stores like Target don't keep more than a handful at a time on the rack. |

Is this for real? Calculator theft ring?
What should we expect next? Break ins for calculator theft? |

RE: These guys are into heavy-duty computing
Hi all. Even if it doesn’t add up, maybe we should call the TV station to check the story’s validity.
