HP-12C/12C platinum/15C CE date of manufacture

My 3 modern made Voyager calculators have no serial no.

HP-12C,

Each is made in Philippines, as printed on the bottom of the device.

Is it possible to get some information about their date of manufacture? As far as i know the L/NO. is not a serial number.

The Lot number does give you an approximation of the date of manufacture.

The methods for interpreting it have changed over the years, so someone else will have to confirm.

You indicated that the 12C has a screwed battery cover, that makes it very recent, since Moravia and Royal licensed the calculator products from HP.

There is no way to get precise production dates, however if it helps, these were all made in 2022-2023, as that is when mfg. shifted from HP to Moravia, which were the firs to include the retaining screw on the battery door.
