I am interested in this printer complete with its HP-IL interface and also because it is compatible with the local electrical network. I may be able to use it easily with my HP-71B.

I still hope the expected price is not out of my budget.

communication is a bit difficult and requires a few unnecessary rounds to get the result. I can't understand why the price isn't stated straight away. Is it a secret? And we're not on an auction portal? I'll be out then.

I have the HP-71B and the 2225B printer. They do work great together. Make sure you have the HP-IL interface installed on the 71B

That's good news.

Yes, I have the HP-IL interface on my HP-71B. I only need a pair of cables and a working printer.

This HP2225 is a good investment for printing large BASIC programs as well as advanced plots or complex graphics generated by this good and power full HP pocket.
