Royal Consumer Information Products (hpofficesupply.com) no longer selling HP-15C CE?
I was looking at the HP 15C Collector’s Edition product page on Royal Consumer Information Products website (hpofficesupply.com) and they indicate "This limited-edition calculator is sold out. There are no current plans to restock it."
https://hpofficesupply.com/product/hp-15...s-edition/ It is still available at Moravia's site. https://shop.moravia.education/calculato...ition.html And at the Calculator Store. https://www.thecalculatorstore.com/p/hp1...-s-edition |

HP15c CE availability
I might add that until the end of the month there is a BUNDLE15 code for a 10% discount off:
- The HP15c CE "plain" - The HP15c CE Enhanced: including new firmware, keyboard QC, cable and HP16c overlay. - The HP15c CE Enhanced bundle: as above + overlay Aviation + overlay Finance Final price depends on the shipping costs for your area and your local VAT (none for American or British customers) |

Moravia's goal should be to improve the HP 35s.
Calculators with single-line displays have a poor commercial future( except one....is financial) Today: [Graphics: hp 48G / hp 50G / TI 89 Titanium] [Business: hp 10BII+ / hp 17 BII /hp 12C ] [Scientific: Casio fx 570 ES plus 2nd Edition] |

I abandoned my hp35s for anything more than simple calcs , despite its really good basic configuration and feature set, because the combination of a few too many design problems make it impossible to rely on. The main issues were.: Too many ways that it can get locked up, or run out of power and so lose all memory Battery warning not reliable, so it loses power before you know Fairly short battery life No input output for restoring contents Check-sums are inconsistent, so no use for checking re-entered programs If only there was some input-output option, and one or two of the others fixed, it would have been great. There are probably production or design reasons why it can't be updated, but one of that scope, like an updated 42s, would be great. Other than that, there's SwissMicros |
