Unable to delete program

I have apparaently made a program called "FP" on my prime and since deleted it, but it seems to still be there since im not able to make a new program called "FP".
I can create the program without errors saying the name is taken but when i try running it from Home it seems to run the old program, though i'm not really sure.
I even tried to delete all programs but it still seem to run the old "hidden" program.
Any ideas?

FP is a built-in function (cannot be deleted), for fractional part of value

From the Prime User Guide (page 386):

FP

Fractional part.

FP(value)

Example:

FP (23.2) returns .2
