RE: Hp 150 touchscreen keyboard (1980s)
Hello,
I still have the computer, but I doubt that I will ever get it running again, so I can part with the keyboard if necessary. Mine has the german key labes which might be a show stopper. I attach pictures of the front side (should have cleaned it a little as it was stored in the garage for 24 years) and the back label. The same keyboard (HP 46010 AD, the "AD" might designate the german layout) was used for various terminals and unix workstations from HP as well, so it might be worth to look in that direction too. Ah good to know, i have a 700/94 terminal to cannibalize, it has a us layout. I will look for it. Has it a 4 pin western type plug? Ralf /41/48/ |

RE: Hp 150 touchscreen keyboard (1980s)
There is an extensive list of HP keyboards at
https://groups.io/g/VintHPcom/table?id=1...C1%2C0%2C0 Modern HP Terminals like the 700 series used 5V while older ones like the 239x as well as the HP 150 used 12V. So even if the connectors match, you can easily damage keyboard or computer. Martin |
