Request for The Golden Ratio.
Hp Prime Software Team.
1: Please add the Golden Ratio (1.618 ect.) to the Maths Constants Menu on the Hp Prime soft keys. 2: Also please add a photo of a Renaissance Painting that demonstrates the early use of geometric perspective to the built in photo library. This would be very useful for Artistic Students who are studying Perspective and Geometry. To get them interested in Maths Class. Please store the ratio to fifty decimal places. Thank You Colm |

RE: Request for The Golden Ratio.
Or
(sqrt(5) - 1) / 2 if you need 1/phi No need for a specific constant if you know what the Golden Ratio is. It's not like pi, e or some physical constants you have to know because there is no easy way to calculate them. Reto |

Use Define (shift D): name -> phi_golden (phi is Euler function, already "occupied", see here) function: (1+√5)/2 Then you find it in Toolbar -> User -> User functions Try it Salvo ∫aL√0mic (IT9CLU) :: HP Prime 50g 41CX 71b 42s 39s 35s 12C 15C - DM42, DM41X - WP34s Prime Soft.
