RE: HHC 2015
Thank you everyone! I look forward to reading about HHC 2015 (minus the confidential stuff, no worries Tim, I won't ask). I know it will be awesome and I will be there in spirit.

RE: HHC 2015
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this year. This is a shame, as I just uncovered a trove (all of them, I believe) of my first programs for TI 59 (c. 1979-1980 timeframe) during a recent trip to France. I believe there is enough material there for a future presentation... I am currently in the process of keying them in to preserve the code, and to be able to run them into an emulator I am still trying to find. Any suggestion welcome :-)

My goal is to extract some of the algorithms I used back then.

RE: HHC 2015
Olivier,

Try Pierre Houbert's TI-58C emulator found here.

We will miss you at HHC2015!

RE: HHC 2015
I am making a presentation at HHC 2015 on TI vs. HP (a historical perspective) and then the last half of that is looking at TI 58/59 quirks aka Fast Mode.

A talk in the future on what you find Oliver will be great!

RE: HHC 2015
Just want to wish the very best to all those attending HHC 2015! Wish I could be there and am looking forward to any news that comes from it. Thank you to the Committee for making these terrific conferences possible, and to the speakers and attendees who also make them so worthwhile.

Will there be a field trip and photo op for Voyager users to the Parthenon in Nashville?
Believe it or not, this is a serious question.

That would be a golden opportunity. Smile

RE: HHC 2015
Nashville, the Athens of the South.

One reason is the Parthenon. Another are the rather large number of colleges and universities in town.
