4-Functions-Plotter

I have just discovered that the HP41C program listing of the interesting plot routine "4-Functions-Plotter" from Rolf-Dieter Pahlen found in the "Users library Europe" at the address
"http://www.*****/LibView.cfm?Command=List&CategoryID=110"
is incomplete: it ends at line 207 while the program is declared to have 276 lines.

Are the lost lines available from someone?

It appears that all even pages are missing in the scan of the 4-functions-plotter program. The first 104 lines are missing as well.
I suggest to contact Warren Furlow or post a request in the forum of his web-site.
