Button failure on HP Prime

I have the same problems with my HP Prime like this guy on pictures I added, and I don't know what to do!

Does your keys have the same exact pattern as that person? Or is it different?

Are you still under warranty? If so, contact support. If anything doesn't work out with that, please send me an email (calchelp at hp.com).

My keys doesn't have the same pattern at all. Except this keys, on my calculator also doesn't work Shift button, but some of this keys works.
The problem is that I couldn't buy HP Prime in my country, so I bought it abroad. But I will contact local support, and will see what they will say to me.

My calculator is set to RPN.

If i type any number say "45.4563" and press <Enter>, nothing happens.
The number is not put in the stack.

As a result no RPN stack additions can be made and no calculations performed.

Can someone please assist me with this ?
