Cable for HP 82939 Serial Interface for Series-80
Free for the asking
Serial cable from a Series-80 RS232 Interface adapter. Cable, internal connector and DB25S connector in excellent shape. Cable works, it's just left over after salvaging the case to house a PRM-85. I only ask for actual shipping cost. Contact me via PM or Email --bob --Bob Prosperi |

The cable is about 6-Ft long, terminated with a DB25S connector. There is a label tag on the cable near the adapter end which reads "8120-3240". --Bob Prosperi |

Hmm that does not match the part number of any of the cables unless it really 8120-3248 which is the standard, If the label on the case has no option number then it is a standard. The "standard" is also configured as DCE and has a female connector, the option 001 has a db-25 male on the end and is configured for DTE. The manual for the card includes instructions on how to rewire to suit you needs. |

It is indeed 8120-3248, the final digit is mostly missing and I mis-read it as a zero, but with a magnifying glass, the shape of the "8" can indeed be made out. So it must be a standard model cable.
