Yes, I know, but my students are not allowed to use an iphone at the exams. I find such bugs should be fixed as soon as possible, as I already said, the absence of some feature in a calculator does not cause big problems, if you know your calculator does not do something you do it another way, but the square root of a complex number should always give you the right answer. If you work with complex numbers sqrt(-2-3i) is like sqrt(2), in both cases I expect a calculator to give me the right answer. I think nobody would buy a calculator that gives you a wrong result for sqrt(2). |

I agree with you Retoa,
Every bug must be fixed and updated by HP asap. Say every two weeks or monthly. I can't understand HP's (bad?) attitude about this. Okay, a change request is another story. Has something todo with investment etc. But (1), bugs are faults in the software and must be fixed and updated as soon as possible. But (2), I love my prime! — Dirk Hartland |
