Import txt files to hp50g
Is there a way to import text written on PC into the calculator? I tried typing in the emu48 Calculator but it was a bit cumbersome , especially with characters that are not in the english language like æ,ø and å..

RE: Import txt files to hp50g
A plain text file written on Notepad fro example can be easily transferred to the 50G using the SD card or Connectivity Kit. Are you asking about transferring to a real
50G or the emulator? On the emulator, you can use the edit menu to paste a text
file from the PC clipboard. Just copy the text from your editor on your PC to the
clipboard and then using Edit>Paste on the emulator to place the text on the stack as a string object.

Awesome! I use Usolve and store many equations in themed folders, this makes it a lot easier to create good help files with explanations for these eq's.

You might also want to use utility to make it easier to view (& edit) text files on the 50g:

Aha, the excellent HPUserEdit! A great tool to develop and test 50g programmes on a computer (it comes with a 50g emulator), which you can then export and copy to the real calculator.
Indeed a good place to write text files as well, for export to the real calculator.
