How'd the Woodstock C's survive?
Hi all.
After my own 29C bought at auction and perusing this site, I now realize that recharging the 25C and 29C would cause these calcs to be lobotomized beyond functionality because of the charging damage. But, how was it that the original 1970s owners would still have a functioning 25C or 29C? Thanks |

Well, I'm stumped! Not certain why my constant memory has been affected. But, the Cs I bought at auction have been having constant memory loss. Another glitch is that only the first 40ish program steps remain intact on my 29C after I key in a program while the 29C is turned on.

If only 49 steps can be used it indicates the second RAM chip is defective. Bernhard That's one small step for a man - one giant leap for mankind. |

Thanks for the insight. Do you think I should send my 29C to Randy at Fix That Calc?

Sorry. Natural reflex. Besides, I haven't needed repair for a while. So, it's been years since I checked in with my contacts. Thanks for correcting my mixup.
