RE: HHC 2017: Nashville TN, Sept 16-17
FYI, the hotel reservation link on the HHC 2017 website's hotel page was not working properly at the hotel end, but they've fixed it, and it works now. Please note that it only gives the HHC discount for reservations within the range of September 14th-19th. If you need additional days outside that range (or, more precisely, outside that domain ), see the HHC 2017 hotel page for details about how to get the HHC discount for those days too.

In addition to saving up for the trip, I would like to give a talk this year. Does anyone know what the deadline is for submitting the presentation? Thanks.

Any materials to be included in the "Proceedings" (aka Official HHC 2017 Thumb Drive) should be submitted before September 9, according to the "How to Submit a Paper" web page. Although the "How to Give a Talk" page doesn't mention any deadline, PLEASE keep in mind that the conference schedule needs to be made in advance, and to do that, Richard needs to know how long each presentation is expected to run. So please let Richard know well in advance. Also, if you are not on the list of Registered Attendees, we won't be expecting you. If you MIGHT attend, please fill out the Registration Form. Glad to hear you plan to give a talk. You have a lot of interesting topics that you publish on your web site.

Alright, I'm in.
Probably going to bring my 15C LE for the swap meet, and maybe a few other odds and ends (some extra 48s, etc.). My wife's coming along, but she's definitely going to find her own entertainment in the area. |

A 42S is definitely an option.

My flight arrives on Friday 9/15 at 4:15 PM. Would there be a way I can get a ride from the airport to the hotel? I don't plan on checking in any luggage.
Thanks, Eddie |

RE: HHC 2017: Nashville TN, Sept 16-17
Less than a month away from HHC 2017 in Nashville, TN on Sep. 16th & 17th and the excitement is growing. It appears it will be a well attended HHC this year with 40 people giving an 80% or better chance of attending. There are 16 different U.S. states and 4 international countries that will be represented by HHC attendees. There are 14 proposed presentations that are planned over the two day event. Congratulations to the HHC Conference Committee for putting this together for the 45th annual HHC Conference. I'm looking forward to seeing some spellbinding presentations at the conference and it will be good to see fellow HP calculator enthusiasts (and a few TI enthusiasts too). I know I'll be bringing a few donations for the prize table and I'll be anxious to see what others will contribute this year. See you in Nashville!
Cheers! Jim J. |

HPCC will be having their annual conference on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of September 2017 in the Blackett Laboratory at Imperial College, South Kensington, London. [Building 6 on this map.] The theme is "35 years of HPCC" and there will be a hands-on session on the HP-35 so please bring yours if you have one. Everyone welcome. Doors open 10am. Entrance free. PM me if you plan to come (just in case there are thousands!) :-) |

HHC 2017 will be in the same hotel as HHC 2012, so if you want to get a feeling of what it'll be like, check out this little HHC 2012 Photo Gallery. Thanks to Jake Schwartz for the photos!
Be sure to visit the HHC 2017 website too! <0|ɸ|0> -Joe- |

Here are some happy HHC 2013 attendees winning various door prizes. In recent years, everybody has gone home with at least 3 prizes. HP calculator enthusiasts are a magnanimous bunch!
